Lists of Products by Categories
You will find on the left side of the screen a menu
for direct access to the main categories of the “Catalogue”
. Just click on the arrow or the name of the category and all
the product “families” will appear on the main screen from where you
can easily access the different products in each “family”.
Quick Search for a Product
You will find the “Search” option on the left side
of the screen. This option allows us to locate all the references that
contain the word or sequence of words entered into the search function.
Once these words have been entered, click on the “Search”
button or press the RETURN key on your computer keyboard
to view the search results in the central screen.
One may also use the “Search by Brands” option. When
used, a menu containing all the Brands that exist in our Catalogue will
be displayed automatically.
Advanced Search for a Product
This option, accessed by clicking on the “Advanced Search”
icon situated in the Navigation Bar, (upper part of the
screen), allows us to locate a reference by using a series of conditions:
Search by related words, search by product name or by description,
search by manufacturer, search within a specific category, search
by price or by date, etc. The results will be displayed in the central
screen.
Expanding the Information of a Product
Once the lists of products appear on the main screen, having used
either the category menu or the search function, click on the image
or the name of the product to view more detailed information:
- Amplification of the main photograph
- Up to six additional photographs with enlargements
- Normal price and discount price
- Link to the manufacturer’s website
- Link to the product’s page in the manufacturer’s website
- Possibility of subscribing to product alerts
- Commentaries and evaluations other clients have made about the
product
- Description and Technical Characteristics Available options for
the product, for example size, colour, etc. a

The Shopping Cart contains the products you acquire while visiting
the store. You can add, modify or eliminate products from your Shopping
Cart as many times as you wish and if you are a registered user and
leave your purchases without finalizing the transaction, you will be
able to recover them automatically the next time you log in.
The Shopping Cart also contains a simulator that will permit you to calculate
the shipping costs of your order. If you are a registered user, this calculation
will be made with the address of your choice among those that are listed
in “Your Address Book” that is stored in your account.
Adding Products to the Shopping Cart
1. You will be able to add a single unit of a product
from the lists by clicking the button
situated under the column “Buy Now” .
2. Click on the “Buy” button while
viewing the product’s file.
Modifying/Removing a Product from the Shopping
Cart
To remove a product, select the check box that appears under the column
“Remove” and click on “Update Shopping Cart”
To modify the number of units of a particular product that you wish to
buy, change the number that appears under the column “Amount”
and click on “Update Shopping Cart” |

Important
In order to complete the transaction you should follow
and accept the following four steps described below. You may go back
and leave the transaction at any moment.
You may register yourself and NOT make any purchases.
If you are a new Client
If this is the first time you are buying in our store you will have
to first register yourself as a user. Click on the “Continue”
button located on the left under the title “New Client”
and fill in the form that appears called “Details
of My Account” . Once all the details of the form are filled
in, carefully read the legal text located at the bottom and click on
the “Continue” button to create your account. The
screen will display all the details of your account which will be accessible
for consultation and modification at any time.
Now that you have registered, you can start the process of buying the
products stored in your Shopping Cart by clicking on the “Order”
button in the navigation bar or in your Shopping Cart.
If you already are a Client
If you already are a registered user, simply fill in your email and
password and click on the “Login” button. The details
of your account will appear automatically.
To start the process of buying the products stored in your Shopping Cart,
click on the “Order” button in the navigation bar or
in your Shopping Cart.
Step 1: Delivery Information
The shipping address stored in your account will show
up on your screen. If you wish, you can modify or change it by clicking
on the “Change Address” button. You will also need
to choose one of the shipping options available for your address. The
cost corresponding to the option you select will be calculated in real
time thanks to our web tools.
Step 2: Payment Information
The billing address stored in your account will show
up on your screen. If you wish, you can modify or change it by clicking
on the “Change Address” button. You will also need
to select one of the proposed Forms of Payment. (Credit Card, Cash on
Delivery, Certified Check, etc.)
Step 3: Order Confirmation
Here you will see your selected Billing Options, Shipping
Address, Shipping Options and Form of Payment. You will also view the
products bought and the total payment due for the order, broken down
into subtotal, shipping costs, taxes etc. Read carefully all the details
and modify those you wish with the “Modify” option.
If all the details are correct, click on the “Confirm”
button to validate your purchase.
If you have forgotten to buy a product, you can return to the store, add
it to your shopping cart and start the purchasing process once more.
Step 4: Finished
If the purchase has been accepted, a page titled “Your
Purchase has been Completed” will appear. You will be able
to activate the option to receive product alerts by email if you wish
to be informed of the latest news and any changes to the products you
have acquired.
Detailed information about your order will be sent to your email address
for your convenience.

You can verify the status of your orders at any time
and from any place as long as you have an Internet connection. Simply
start a session by clicking on the “My Account” button
and enter your email and password. Once your account is accessed and
under the option “My Orders” you’ll see a list
of your latest orders and their status: "Pending", "Being
Processed" or "Shipped out”. Click on any of these for more
information.

How to Start a Session (Enter “My Account”)
To obtain information about your orders, have access
to your personal details and other options you may start a session only
if you have previously registered yourself. Just click on the “My
Account” button in the navigation bar and enter your email
and password.
Forgot your Password?
In case you have forgotten your password, click on
the “Forgot your Password?” link. We will send a new
password to your email address.
View/Modify Details of My Account
You will be able to view and modify the main details
of your account (Name, Last Name, email, Telephone, and Fax, etc.).
To save the modified details click on the “Continue”
button.
View/Modify my Addresses
You may view, modify or eliminate details from your
“Address Book” by clicking on this option of “My Account” .
You will have a principal address (Billing Address), and up to five
additional addresses. You will be able to define which is the principal
address and which are the others at any time. To save the modified details
click on the “Continue” button.
My Orders
When your account is accessed, under the option “My
Orders” , you’ll see a list of your latest orders and
their status: "Pending", "Being Processed" or "Shipped
out”. If you wish to see the complete information of each of your orders,
click on the “View” button. The following information
will be displayed: Number and date of the order, number of units, prices,
and the shipping information – shipping address, method of shipping,
billing details, form of payment, and the breakdown of the total costs.
You can access the recent orders that appear in the list, or all of
the orders you have made since registering as a client.
Subscribing/Unsubscribing from Newsletters
Clicking on this link you can activate or deactivate
the option of receiving newsletters about new products, special offers
and other promotional announcements.
View/Modify my Product Notifications
Clicking on this link you can activate or deactivate
the option of receiving alerts for those products you have previously
subscribed to from the product file.
Closing the Session (Logout)
In case you are not the only person using the same
computer to purchase from our store, you can close the session at any
time by clicking on the “Logout” link found on the
upper navigation bar, thus avoiding that another person have access
to your information. If you wish, you can start a new session as another
user.
